Jephthah – Don’t Give Up


Judges 11:1 to 8, 29 Vs. 29

“Then the Spirit of the Lord came on Jephthah. He crossed Gilead and Manasseh, passed through Mizpah of Gilead, and from there he advanced against the Ammonites.”


A major problem occurs, or an opportunity for God and for Jephthah.

God can change a life.


John 10:10 “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”


How could such a misfit be chosen to lead Israel? Only by God's grace. Only by the power of God.


He is the one who shapes the clay.

He is the one who cleans the vessel.

He is the one who wipes away the stains of yesterday and helps build a new tomorrow.


God cleans us up by taking our sins away and forgiving them. He removes the power of sin over us and makes us into new creations.

2 Corinthians 5:17


Don’t Give Up on Yourself

Do Not Give Up


If you keep on going

And never stop,

You can keep on going,

You can make it to the top.


Life is full of mountains,

Some are big and some are small,

But if you trust in Jesus

You can overcome them all.


So, keep on going

Try not to stop,

Keep trusting in Jesus

And make it to the top.


2 Chronicles 15:7 “But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.”

No matter the situation, don't give up. God can use you.
